Abracon's AOCJY Series of oven controlled precision oscillators feature a miniature, surface mount package and are constructed with High-Q, SC-cut blanks. This series offers excellent close-in phase noise at 3.3V or 5V bias.
Available from 10.000MHz to 100.000MHz with either sinewave or squarewave outputs, these devices are optimally suited for high frequency up-conversion with minimal phase noise degradation. These devices are suitable for ROHS compliant reflow and incorporate a control voltage (Vc) port, which provides a means to set the frequency of these devices post reflow. AOCJY devices also provide a regulated DC output on pin #2 (Vref ). The value of this voltage is dependent upon the supply voltage bias.
