Dialight's microLED offering of discrete SMT LEDs includes a wide range of packages in chip-LED and PLCC configurations with a full range of LED options and colors including the latest AllnGaP and InGaN technology. They are available as lead-free and RoHS compliant and packaging options of strips of cut-tape for prototyping or 7" reels for production runs.
