Alpha & Omega Semiconductor's AOZ103x is a family of high efficiency, simple to use synchronous buck regulators. The AOZ103x devices work from a 4.5 V to 18 V input voltage range and provide up to 3, 4, or 5 A of continuous output current with an output voltage adjustable down to 0.8 V.
