The PA107DP is a hybrid design housed in a 12-pin power SIP. This device raises the bar for hybrids and beats the PA85 Apex Precision Power hybrid by nearly three times. The PA85 is housed in a TO-3 package and has been an industry work horse for many years with a slew rate of 1,000V/µs. The PA107DP is an attractive option for medical imaging, ultrasound applications, and programmable power supplies.
The MP103FC is a dual-channel device that utilizes the industrial temperature range “open frame” form factor. The MP103FC can deliver a very high 15A output from each of its two channels, making it an excellent choice for driving multiple piezo print heads in large format industrial ink jet printers. Customers will also like the MP103FC for its solid slew rate performance of 180V/µs. Both devices are operational with voltage supplies of up to 200V.
