The MINT1022 Series power supplies from SL Power Electronics are 22W internal single output units designed for applications requiring a medically approved, compact internal power supply. Applications include drug infusion pumps and portable ultrasound and cardiac monitoring equipment.
These power supplies provide 22W continuously from 5-, 12-, or 24V outputs and are capable of giving up to 24W peak power for 60 seconds. The input is 90 to 240VAC and the output is via Molex connectors. These units are extremely compact, measuring just 2 x 3.5 x 0.67 inches. (50.8 x 88.9 x 0.674mm). Additionally, it weighs 100g (0.2 lbs).
MINT1022 units have overvoltage and short-circuiting protection as standard features. Earth leakage current at 264VAC and 60Hz is measured at less than 125µA (200µA single fault). These units are designed to operate at full power between 0°C and 50°C with derating of 50% from 50°C to 70°C. MTBF is 300,000 hours at 25°C.
