The MENT1220 Series from SL Power Electronics are single output, desktop-style power supplies with an output range of up to 220W. Sealed and convection cooled, these power supplies are expected to be very popular in markets where manufacturers want to reduce product size by moving to external power supplies but cannot accept cooling by fans or ventilation slots. Typical applications are flat screen monitors for medical imaging and dental equipment.
Measuring 8.0 x 4.2 x 1.8 inches, the 1220 Series units are protected against overvoltage, overcurrent, and overheating as well as short-circuiting. Typically, efficiencies are measured at around 90%. These devices comply with Energy Star 2.0, Level V and meet all relevant safety and EMC standards. SL Power MENT1220 units are available in 24V, 32V and 48V regulated voltage outputs.
