Renesas' SH7216 series of MCUs employs a unique 10ns flash technology with ample performance to combine real-time control, connectivity, and digital signal processing in one cost-effective solution. The on-chip 1MB flash and 128KB RAM provides additional flexibility in selecting the appropriate software for an application, reducing time to market. The SH7216 series incorporates a PWM timer, 12-bit ADC, LAN controller, USB, and CAN as peripheral functions. The SH7216 series lineup consists of the SH7216 group (with floating-point unit (FPU)).
