Riedon's CSR series is an Ultra-Low Ω (Metal Strip) Chip Resistor. With the increase in demand for current sense applications, the CSR series low ohm metal strip resistor fills this need perfectly. The CSR has excellent electrical specifications which fit the requirements that many look for in a current sensing resistor. It has a low temperature coefficient, down to 50ppm/K, to ensure that it will still produce an accurate current sense reading as the component heats up. A tight tolerance of 1% is offered to maintain the most accurate reading. Resistance values down to 0.5 milliohms are available to maximize the energy conversion efficiency as well as minimizing the power consumption of the resistor.
