Pericom's ASSP XO feature tight stability for applications s

Pericom's ASSP crystal oscillators (XO) are suited for applications in networking, storage, ultra mobility, and digital media markets. The series operates at frequencies ranging from 2 to 159 MHz. The series also uses Pericom's XP clock circuit technology for 150 MHz and above in order to provide added reliability compared to overtone solutions.

In addition, the oscillators use BAW crystal devices that offer better stability as compared to SAW- or MEMS-based designs. This tight stability is important for applications such as Wi-Fi. With typical phase jitter of less than 0.5 ps, the ASSP XO series provides low jitter for high-speed applications and offers power consumption as low as 2.0 mA.
